Very accommodating even at the seasonal time of Christmas. Thankfully my situation was resolved with the need for locks to be changed but Dorking Locksmiths were prepared to come change the hose locks within 2 hours when it was known the property became vulnerable to intruders. Certainly will be using their services should the occasion arise!
