Fantastic service from Dean. Came and diagnosed the problem promptly and fixed temporarily whilst waiting for parts. Can back 4 days later with parts and fitted within minutes. Had an emergency that seemed to require the huge expense of a new patio door. Dean and Larry at Locksmith Services Ltd. located a suitable lock and replaced the old one (which is no longer available) and saved me a lot of money and their charge - especially given how they went over and above the call of duty - was very fair.
