So great! Les was able to come out at short notice to fix our bathroom window which was jammed. It was a much bigger job than anticipated. Les talked us through our options and told us the price difference for each option which we really appreciated. Fixed our bathroom window perfectly and even helped us with a completely different job whilst he was there, which he didn't need to do. His daughter Alex picked up the call initially and was super friendly and helpful too. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

Had a great experience with A&E Locksmith today for new locks, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. These guys really helped us out in a pinch even through these times of quarantine and isolation. They even drove up from Kent to our area. Les was quick, the job was clean and he managed to look at another door we were having issues with and resolved that problem free of charge! Fantastic Father, Daughter team in terms of professionalism, communication and efficiency. Will definitely be booking again!
