Managed to lose my keys and couldn't get back in. Made a call and we were back in the house, with a new lock fitted within 40 minutes! (On a bank holiday too) Really quick, and great service. Thanks very much!

Locked myself out of my apartment at 6.30am and messaged these guys online as it said 24 hours, got a pretty quick response once I had given details, I was informed of rates and availability, I was even informed that if I waited half an hour ish I'd avoid the call out rate as it would be within the 8am working hours, 8.15 the chap came and within 10 seconds I was back in home, great service and a fair rate considering I was expecting new locks and perhaps some damage, hopefully I never have to use this service again but if I do I'd definatley use and recommend these guys.

Rob is absolutely amazing, he showed up after 20mins and unlocked the door in a way that didn't damage the lock. I am really grateful. I had a terrible night - I rang 5 different places because it was so late someone said he would show up but left me waiting in a cold night for an hour without telling he wasn't coming. Thank goodness in the end I reached Rob, he gave me a quote on the phone and then turned up quickly and did the job nicely. I would save his number and recommend him to all of my friends.

Rob was a fantastic chap, my window would not shut and also a lock not working. I was due on a night shift with 2 young girls and a wife with my house insecure. He was with me within 30 minutes, replaced my window hinges, and lock. While he was there for no extra fee he even sorted out a cupboard I couldn't get into that had bust. An excellent service with a smile. The gentleman arrived promptly and fixed the problem without any fuss. He was extremely honest and advised me that my lock needed oiling. Called for an emergency front door lock issue, turned up within the hour. Correctly aligned my door and sorted my door lock.
