Very efficient. Very quick. Competitive price. Key is an excellent match both in terms of functionality and aesthetics. A new replacement flip remote key made for by VW polo in around 30 minutes, whilst it was sitting on my drive. The key look better than the original and works just the same. Volkswagen Taunton wanted the car taken to them and about double the money. Nice chap too.

Excellent service - would recommend Nigel to anyone with car key problems. He came to my house the same day I called up, extracted the broken key from the ignition and was able to cut a new key that worked from the rather dodgy bits of the old key.

Nigel did a great job getting the bonnet lock to open on our Ford Focus. "Just needs a new key" he said. He cut one and it opened straight away. All the garages we'd visited had wanted to chisel it open for 150 and then fit a new lock. No need. Well done Nigel Sue & Steve Jones

First Rate Auto locksmith. Nigel was prepared to go that extra mile to encode and programme a spare remote key for my imported Nissan Elgrand. THe key was bought from an Australian dealer, and the instrument panel needed to be removed for Nigel to get the code number off the BCM. Far more than any other local locksmith was prepared to do! Thanks again Nigel. I may be back if I lose a key!
