Paul changed a lock for us when our previous one broke. He did a great job installing on a tricky door and gave us great advice for next steps. He was flexible, communicative and friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the future!

Paul is very knowledgeable. We had problems with a deadlock which would have been very expensive to replace but Paul came up with an affordable solution which makes us feel safe again. Paul was brilliant. We found ourselves in need of urgent help with our front door lock two days before Christmas. I turned to google and all the great reviews led me to call Paul. He was helpful and made a suggestion that we tried, that he made clear may or may not work. When it didn't, he was over the next morning - Christmas Eve - with everything he needed to fix our very very old Banham lock, which now works like a dream. I would recommend Paul to anyone who needed a locksmith ever, and will certainly use him again, should we ever need one.

Alexandra Locksmiths changed and fitted door and window locks around my house, they have also installed a wire free alarm, all at a very reasonable price. I have found the standard of work to be very high, the locksmith was prompt and very friendly.

After finding that my insurance company were no help to me, I found the Alexandra Locksmiths website and within two hours the locksmith arrived. He was extremely capable and had the door open in no time. My locks were so old that they were now obsolete, so the locksmith fitted two emergency locks to my door to secure it. What a find! Alexandra Locksmiths came to fit a new lock to our bike shed, which was broken into and damaged. They really knew their stuff, advised me on the best lock to use.
