Today I visited this store to unlock my portable safe. To my surprise a worker unlocked it with a key that I brought but was unsure of. They fixed the problem and refused to let me pay. This act of kindness immediately told me that Sandy Springs Locksmith is an honest, knowledgable, and customer service oriented company. For these reasons I highly recommend them.

I've been to "The Real" Sandy Springs Locksmith a couple of times to get motorcycle keys copied - one from the mid-80s and the other a laser cut key (without a code). Rick Coffin and his team were able to locate the correct blanks and make keys that work perfectly. The best locksmith I've ever used.

We had a great experience with Sandy Springs Locksmith! Daniel was very friendly and professional while installing our door's new lock system. He ended up running into a few issues which took much longer than initially anticipated to resolve, but they honored their original quote and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

Wow.10 out of 10 recommend! They were honest from start to finish. My cars key fob is apparently rare. I ordered the part from two other companies and it sent incorrectly. They ordered the part and came out several times for it to finally work! Isaac was absolutely patient, professional and I highly recommend!

First of all I arrive at 20 minutes before closing. You're not supposed to do that on a Saturday afternoon. Christian was the gentleman who helped me in the store. I was told by a dealer at Toyota that a replacement key that work and open my doors automatically is in the range of $160 a key. I needed this key fob. Christian proceeded to change the battery didn't work then he tried to change out some of the guts of the key didn't work they didn't have a replacement key but he had another key but he was able to combine with my key and all of a sudden we were in business.

All of this done with a smile. This is after closing time. And his comment to me was well I've now got your old keys so I'm not gonna charge you anything. OMG and I thought customer service it disappeared? If you need a excellent locksmith that is honest and fair and says I'm going to take care of you even if you arrive late.that's the kind of service I want in my life.

Went in on a Saturday picked the safe for my needs with the help of the person there and also had a few keys made. Safe was scheduled for delivery Thursday at 3pm. At 3:06 I got a call that they were running late but were loading my safe and then would be on the way. I expected to wait another hour but they were at my house by about 3:40pm. Quickly and easy installation and they showed me how to open my new safe as I'm a first time safe owner. Giving 5 stars because I appreciated the communication and the very friendly service.

I would like to thank your team for the prompt and quality service we received when we purchased a new apartment community and had to have all the locks changed the day of the sale. The response time was quick and overall pricing was reasonable. We will continue to use your service in the future.

I needed a custom key made for an older file cabinet lock and Sandy Springs Locksmith employees Rick and Mat delivered. I called a few other "locksmiths' they all wanted to come to my site and charge $150-$200 to unlock the cabinet, then they would see if they could make a key. Rick took my information about the code number on the exterior of the lock, from there they were able to offer me several "blanks" that I tried out. Matt was willing to do what it took to find the right blank.

We found one that was a match, they cut the key, it worked perfectly. This company has been at this same site for more than 50 years and I hope they stay there another 50 years. Highly recommend

Very happy with the Sandy Springs Locksmith. I had the opportunity to meet the owner when I was there. His entire team did a great job with numerous requests. I had some locks changed to be the same key as the existing. They were able to make keys for locks that were missing keys. And I simply had some copies made. The team was nice and worked pretty fast for needing to pick locks to get everything to work out. Thank you. I already have plans to come back for some additional locks we need for our house.

The locksmith opened my front door after losing my front door keys, he responded within 30 minutes and this was 1am in the morning. He did a first class job and I would recommend them to anyone. With no call out charge and a fair price for the job!
