I contacted the locksmith about an issue with my door (not an emergency issue) and he came the next day at the agreed time and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently fitting the part and adjusting the door. I advise checking the call out price on the website with what you are quoted on the phone as there was a bit of confusion when I arranged the appointment.
