I wrote a bad review last year because I was disappointed in the service James was offering. In hindsight I should have given him perhaps a little more slack. However since then he has proven himself to be reliable. I think I was so upset with him because I expected a great deal as he made a great first impression, so when he didn't answer phone calls or texts I got upset.
He is very polite, clearly cares about what he does and is professional. I think the other reviews show this to be the case. I do recommend him and apologise for my earlier post.

So where do I even begin? So the owner of this company James promises a lot on his first visit but he only disappoints. From asking for all the money upfront before working being completed, taking months to get the job done, with one excuse after another, failure to answer phone calls, text messages etc And then when things break down, he is no where to be seen. We are now having to get another security company to come in and fix this guys mess. My advice stay clear of this guy. He doesn't understand professionalism.
