We are a local and trusted security company in Cheshire with responders having first hand knowledge of customers and their individual requirements. We endeavour to provide a professional yet discreet service to all of our clients.

We undertake to respond immediately to every call that requires our attendance, operating a 24 hour 365 days a year cover to all our clients.

Upon attendance at a clients property we ascertain the cause of the alarm activation, re-set the system and secure the premises. In the event of any damage to the property, we will liaise with the Police and approved contractors on your behalf and will remain on site until the property has been made secure. A record of our attendance will always be left at your property detailing times, causes and action taken.

Historically, Keyholding in the commercial sector has been appointed to a trusted member of staff or owner, but with the pressure to attend the premises within a specific time-frame, liaise with Police, and with concerns in todays current climate for the safety of the lone worker, increasingly the services of professional Security Keyholders have been sought.

The Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) and revised Health & Safety responsibilities are now forcing employers to review their keyholding and response arrangements.

The ACPO guidelines require at least 2 keyholders to be available within 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Employers Duty of Care places stringent requirements upon the employer to protect their employees. Without the correct training, support or insurance, anyone responding to an alarm could result in being vulnerable to accident or attack and the employer guilty of negligence.
