Report
EFT Systems are an experienced installer and maintainer of both analogue and digital CCTV systems.
We are an NSI Gold approved security specialist in accordance with BS EN 501327:1996 in addition to National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation (NICEIC) and National Security Inspectorate (NACOSS) for commissioning works.
BS EN 501327 is the procedure for implementing a CCTV system. This includes risk assessment, considering threats, likelihood and impact. Then an Operational Requirement (OR) formally records the justifications and purpose of CCTV, along with a site survey.
This influences system design including fields-of-view, detector coverage, controls, power, and interconnections. A test plan allows the installation’s fitness for purpose to be proven. All must be documented for the CCTV owner.

Access Control
Report
Access control can include lock and key, but more frequently in the modern security industry, means sophisticated electronic turnstiles, gates, wireless locks and other barriers.
Keys can be lost, stolen and copied, leaving assets vulnerable and requiring a replacement can be expensive.
Modern access control systems provide flexibility in respect of access rights. For example, access to certain internal areas or specific time periods.
Access can be based on biometric solutions such as facial, fingerprint and iris recognition.

This company is contracted to Chorley Borough Council - I could not access my property (Fob System) and it took 3 weeks for me to get a replacement fob. I was locked out 11 times during this period, one of which being 6pm at night in the wind and rain with my 6 year old daughter who got a cold as a result. If this company has not got the resource to serve the existing contracts well I highly recommend you do not use them.
