John was great, i messaged him on the weekend re a non urgent problem with my patio doors and he came round the next working day. He was able to fix the problem in no time at all, replacing all the inside locking of the patio door. He left no mess as he tidied up and took the old parts with him to discard of. Called early as the door stopped locking! I have a 5 month old son so it was a security concern for us. John was understanding and luckily was very nearby! Within 15 mins he was at the door fixing it. Repaired good as new and very reasonable cost. You can't put a price on piece of mind and John certainly helped us when we needed it.
