Bob's just got us back into our flat and was absolutely brilliant. Prompt arrival, persisted in trying to open the lock that looked like it wasn't budging to avoid us having to replace it altogether, and didn't bat an eyelid when I greeted him wearing my pyjamas. He even checked our other lock to ensure it was still working properly after the handle had to be reattached. Trustworthy, genuine and efficient, and at a really fair price too.
