Our CCTV Systems can monitor your home and business premises 24/7. Up to 16 cameras can be used to cover your property. The cameras give a Full HD 1080p picture and glow red at night which is a great deterrent. You can also use a USB memory stick to copy recordings which can be used as evidence in a court of law etc. Wireless Alarms

No mess to decorations or carpets. A very reliable and easy to use system to deter today's would-be thieves. The control panel is the only item that is wired to the electrical mains of your premises.
It has a standby rechargeable battery in case of any power cuts. It also has a built-in Telephone Dialler which can be fitted to your existing phone land line to deliver a message to your mobile etc. (up to four phone numbers) in the case of an alarm.
If you receive a message you can (a) listen in (b) talk back i. e. "the Police are on their way".
You can also arm or disarm your alarm system from a phone!
Another feature is the "Latchkey" facility - when a child arrives home from school etc. a message will be sent to your phone to let you know they have arrived home safely.

I needed an emergency callout in the middle of the night (3am) due to a warning alarm that the battery was missing. Despite thoroughly hunting for solutions online, the problem cannot be resolved without either replacing the battery (requiring engineer codes) or shutting down the whole system. Steven graciously agreed to come and sort out the problem for me.
He was exceptionally courteous, removed his shoes when entering the property, wore a face mask and used antibacterial wipes on all of the surfaces he touched. He also allowed me to reset the code to a pin that only I knew, which is a great security practice. The problem was resolved quickly with a new replacement battery and his callout charge didn't break the bank.

Alarm to my new flat went off after a power cut, and the code we were given by the previous owners turning it off. Called Steve, and he was round within an hour, found the problem (battery needed replacing), fixed it, reset the code, showed me how to change it myself, and walked me through the rest of the system in a way that was easy to follow. He was very friendly and polite, and also took all the neccessary precautions in reagrds to covid. Would absolutly recomend.

Fast response, professional and Covid compliant. This was my first experience of Bristol Alarm Repairs and i can't recommend them highly enough. Called Steve out (on a Saturday) for a tamper fault on my alarm system. he arrived within 30mins, stopped the alarm, fixed the fault and even reattached a couple of sensors that had become detached during decoration. Steven was on time, good value, very professional and had a great quality of work. His COVID precautions also exceeded expectations with him wearing a face mask throughout and thoroughly cleaning the card reader before handing it to me. He fitted me in asap, dealt with the problem swiftly and efficiently, and explained what he was doing throughout. The cost was given ahead of arrival, and fully itemised afterwards. We inherited an alarm on our new house and nobody knew the codes. Steve gave us great service. He talked us through how it should be optimally set up, talked us through his very clear and simple pricing and then made it all work (it turned out to be pretty messed up!).
