We have just bought a used Auto-Trail from JC Leisure. The whole process from first seeing the motorhome to collection last Saturday was an absolute pleasure. The motorhome was clean and ready having had a habitation check and a service. The workshop had identifed an issue in the habitation check and have put a plan in place to replace the faulty item.

Thanks Paul and the team for making this a great experience. The warranty issues were sorted out yesterday, as planned. Thank you to the team. Especial thanks to Tatania for clear and timely communication throughout.

Their after sales leaves a lot to be desired. Never returns phone calls when messages are left.

Purchased a brand new Elddis motorhome that is dropping to bits in under 2 month due to poor workmanship. Elddis will not help and JC Leisure have ignored my email stating this is a 53,000 piece of junk!

Rented a motorhome and couldn't be happier. The one they provided was in excellent condition and well equipped. Everything was well explained, and we had a great holiday! Thank you.

Happy to take 60k off you but then provide zero aftercare. Been waiting 6 months to try and get the van booked in for some faults that make the van difficult to use. They never ring back! I understand some parts may not be available but the basics could be fixed with alternative parts or temporary fixes so we can enjoy what we've paid for.

Critical: Professionalism BUYER BEWARE! I wish I had known their reputation for poor after sales service. And I wish I had read previous comments about their dealing with warranty issues. After buying a brand new Motor Home from them in 2019, We have now paid a hefty price for the trust and faith we placed in this company which was sorely misplaced.

We live 100 miles away from J C Leisure. They had a motorhome that we wanted to look at with a view to buying. Travelled down on the arranged day, Lisa and Paul were very helpful. We purchased the motorhome and requested a few upgrades prior to collection 5 weeks later. Travelled back down by train to collect our purchase. On the way Lisa phoned to check we were on our way.

On arrival the motorhome had been upgraded to our requirements, Paul went over the workings with us. The motorhome was lovely and clean and once the paperwork was complete we went on our way. Very pleased with our purchase and the helpful staff who made the whole experience a pleasurable one. Would recommend J C Leisure.

My spare wheel was stolen from underneath my motorhome, which I bought from JC Leisure. I contacted JC Leisure to get a price on a new wheel and carrier. After the phone not being ansered on numerous occasions, and then a lot of prevarication and broken promises, I drove the 20 miles to JC's offices and was told they would get me a price for parts and labour the next day.

They didn't, so contacted them again a few days later. Oh, they said; the man I saw was on holiday and he would contact me when he got back. He's supposed to have been back a week and half now, so I've given up, and anyway, surely this business has more than one man who can contact me. As far as I am concerned, this company is full of 'yes sir, no sir, we'll do this this, sir' and they have done nothing.

I would not recommend you buy a vehicle from them as the after sales service is none existent. There are other businesses that I feel sure are better. Use them, please, and don't encourage businesses like this. I am loathe to give them one star!

Sales team were really good. Warranty issues are a nightmare. J c leisure will not act on warranty work unless you hound them day In day out. Covid has caused delays I know but all I asked for was a progress report. They will not return calls. E mails take about a week to answer. Got so fed up in the end I sold the motorhome with faults listed and bought an older caravan with no warranty.

That way I can't be let down. motorhome warranties are carried out by the supplying dealer and JC leisure will fob you off all day rather than honour their promise. The new buyer has spoken to his local dealer, recommended by friends so hopefully he will get better service there.
