I called Martin at Altylocks as I had snapped a key in PVC patio door. Martin turned up in about 15 mins! and within half an hour the broken key was removed and he was even able to cut me a new key. A nice guy, reasonable rates, very professional. I'd definitely use him again

We were very impressed with Martin's service. We sent Altylocks a text on Sunday evening after a sunny day, when most people would be in the garden enjoying the weather. Martin replied within 20 minutes. Our job wasn't urgent, we just needed a new digital lock fitting in the porch but within half an hour we had an appointment for Wednesday morning. Martin was prompt, friendly, very efficient and professional.

We are delighted with the work, the door even shuts better as Martin adjusted the closer. Martin was very reasonable pricewise too. The whole job was extremely good value for money and we are very pleased and would certainly recommend Martin to anybody requiring a good, reliable and knowledgeable locksmith.

Called Martin early on today about a problem we've been having with our pvc back door lock. He came out to us about 1pm and in 40 mins had sorted a new cylinder barrel out and cut us 10 new keys!
