As far as budget anti snap cylinders go we really like this and fit it as standard to our customers doors here in the Midlands if all they require is a simple cylinder lock change. The Asec Vital double euro cylinder offers far more protection that just a standard euro cylinder as it is drill/pick and pull resistant as well as having sacrificial cuts either end of the Euro Cylinder to offer a predetermined break point. Had a visit from Gaz due to my Mother losing her keys, he arrived in the time stated, price was as quoted, then I added in another lock which obviously took the price up but he had no qualms about having an extra lock to do. He gave an excellent & efficient service, he was a lovely, friendly man who took the time when he had finished to reassure my Mother that she was now all secure. She was delighted with the service. I would certainly recommend Clements Locksmiths.

I asked Clements Locksmiths to replace a worn-out mortice lock on the door between my garage and the house. The locksmith who came (I didn't get his name) was prompt, friendly, but quietly got on with doing an excellent job which I am very pleased with, all at the agreed and reasonable price. I will certainly use them again if I the need arises. 5 stars.

I have no hesitation in giving Clements Locksmiths a 5 Star rating. They have recently completed work installing a Union 5 lever lock in our front door. They have additionally helped us by unlocking double glazed windows and replacing / updating their locks and handles. From the outset they have given valuable advice and their prices are fair. Most of all, they can be totally relied upon to give an excellent and efficient service, whilst installing quality products.
It is great to deal with a family business that takes customer service seriously. I will certainly be using them again in the near future and also recommending them to family and friends.
