This company does not deserve to be trading in any shape or form they are absolutely useless. I tried to buy a set of photocells for a sliding gate recently bearing in mind I used them 2 years ago and they sent the wrong item three times and numerous phone calls etc. I thought they couldnt be any worse than the first time. I was drastically wrong! 54 phone calls later not to mention the calls that just timed out because of no answer three weeks in total a new account opened because they changed their accounts system and I needed a new one.

Numerous emails to make sure that the cells were right then received them today (wrong ones even after sending them pictures ) also the account was the old one that supposedly I couldnt use and needed a new one also they demanded payment for which I had paid over the phone by visa when purchasing. A word of advise unless you really want to give yourself stress indused heart attack don't bother with them.

Tried for over 3 weeks to get a quote from them or speak to anyone, phones ring out, emails give an automated response that they will be dealt with but aren't. Shame as our client had specified they wanted their equipment. We will look at other options.

Customer Service is absolutely awful! 5 weeks chasing to get an updated quotation and still no response. How do these companies operate and CLEARLY the owners do not care as they don't even bother responding to the reviews.

Second order and already on 14 days to get an order confirmation. Its like pulling teeth!

Good Product but shocking service, weeks to get quotes, weeks to get spares, unable to speak to anyone, hours on the phone without answering, days to get technical help. Will not fit any new products but unfortunately have existing installations I have to maintain. Take it or leave it attitude

Wish my customers wouldn't spec this brand! It took 2 weeks to get a quote, 1 week to confirm an order, 10 days shipping (no delivery date or instructions) then the driver turns up and we needed a fork lift truck to unload (again no comms stating this) and tried ringing numerous times to chase and phone doesn't even get answered. I really wouldn't bother trying to deal with this company unless you have to.

They have a very good products and I have installed few of their barriers and gates. No issues on the product. But try to get some spares or after sales care is a mission. It takes days to get reply to emails, weeks to arrange goods and months for finance to send you an invoice. Constant chasing for some silly things. Looks like they are just serving their big clients and small companies are just hassle for them.

We are yet to have an adequate service from these guys. There products are good but trying to get quotes and spare parts is horrendous, they tell you someone will call you, it never happens. We are been installing other suppliers products now, be warned.

If I could give no stars I would. Four days of calling to be told 'someone will call you back' and no response. Eventually after around 15 calls I get delivery sorted. They delivered a barrier aluminium casing instead of the motor and gearbox on the paperwork. I'll be advising my customers to rip out their stuff and fit other manufactures gear instead. Absolute waste of time. I've been told by other automation suppliers that this is standard practice with these guys. Be warned.
