ALL keys are kept securely within our purpose built Key Room Facility which is independently Alarmed and Monitored 24 Hours a day. Each and every Key assigned to Copeland is uniquely tagged and coded and placed into tamper proof seals fully compliant with industry standard BS7984-1:2016 and the SIA (Security Industry Authority) code of practice giving clients peace of mind there keys are help responsibly.

Our 24 Hour National Support Centre coordinate our fleet of highly visible vehicles that are equipped with the latest GPS Tracking technology, GuardTour system and on-board CCTV capturing every movement and incident in Real-Time providing accurate and transparent reporting back to our clients.

Copeland's state of the art CCTV Monitoring Centre is staffed by our highly trained, SIA licensed operatives fully equipped with the latest surveillance technology safeguarding our clients assets Nationally around the clock 24/7. By using CCTV Remote Monitoring supported by our Mobile Patrol & Response team's we provide cost savings to clients of up to 70% as apposed to using static security guarding. Our 24 Hour Control Centre will pick up any site access via Integrated Motion Detectors activating the nearest Cameras and relaying all images back to our Monitoring Centre. Here, our operatives will choose the most appropriate course of action ranging from an Audio Warning designed to deter intruders, through to calling our 24 Hour Keyholding and Mobile Patrol teams or alerting Emergency Services.
