Darren & Jamie came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. They were left to their own devices to carry out the works and they did this efficiently and in a trustworthy manner. To find a Company that responds to you when you make contact is today in itself refreshing and then to back it up with good workmanship is why we would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for an automation system. Having worked in the wrought iron gates and railings industry for several years, it was always a struggle to find competent and professional installers for the gates we produced. Then we met Darren Morris and his son Jamie. From day one, it was obvious we were at last dealing with a professional outfit. This meant we could sell and install our gates safe in the knowledge that we had found an automatic gate installer that not only complimented our business but advanced us ahead of the competition.
It didn't matter if the gates were to be hinged with either above or below ground electric opening mechanisms, or they were to be electric sliding gates, nothing phased these guys. It's fair to say that we gave them some challenging installs over the years but with Darren's extensive engineering background and, Jamie's perfectionism, they just got things done and overcame any on site problems that can crop up during any installation.
Sometimes things can go wrong but again, it was never a problem. All we had to do was to inform Darren that we had a problem on site after an installation and these guys were on it immediately. They would usually call our customer and be there the same day or next day. With service like that, why would our gate manufacturing company want or need to use any other installer for automatic gates.
The kit they use is always first class. Their knowledge of current legislation is priceless. This being underlined by the fact that they are fully qualified "Gate-Safe" engineers so they know where anti crush and finger safe guards need to be installed etc giving everyone peace of mind. I honestly could not recommend Alpha Security highly enough. If you need automation on new gates or even existing gates, give Darren a call and have a free of charge consultation with, in my mind, the industries leading experts. Geoff Plimbley.
