I would only ever give feedback for positive reasons. However, I felt this needed feeding back because when highlighted it wasn't addressed. Unprofessional Unsupportive Under value experienced and loyal staff. Do not offer any benefits or training, as discussed at interview One off uniform given at start Patrolling staff are over worked and under paid. Travelling up to 300 miles in one day, without appropriate breaks or a lunch, because of schedules.
Long working hours, back to back. Vehicles are in poor repair The appropriate PPE was not provided at the much needed time of COVID. Particular office staff are valued more. Management staff use foul language and bullying tactics towards there security staff. When any issues are raised, they are not addressed as written in the company hand book. No, "thank you for working over". No, "here is a bonus for all of your hard work and loyalty to the company and passion for the job".
Definitely NOT deserving of their current 'Investors In People' award Other Reviews: Amy & Laura are both office staff and have been promoted, along with other office staff. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO PETE LOMAX'S REVIEW. HIS WIFE IS A MANAGER (DEBBIE LOMAX) AT STEELFORCE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Check out the reviews on Indeed. Shocking!

I worked at wallasey foe 8 months between December 18and july19. I found it fast paced but enjoyed my time there. Good ownership good hr, good management and good control lads and drivers. Plenty hours offered i only left because of one new supervisor who has also since left and if you want plenty hours and reliable pay i would recommend steelforce uk wallasey. Would i work there again? Yes and would recommend to friends. Overall a good experience and learnt a lot.

I totally Recommend Steelforce security. Their Wirral team are amazing! Michelle sorted everything out for me and it was seamless and their operations team of Shaun and Glen were just wonderful. They offer a bespoke service and are very flexible with how much they can help you feel secure. My daughter is planning to use them as well and I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you for making us feel safe and secure steel force. We couldn't be happier

In the short time I have worked for Steelforce Security I have seen it grow from strength to strength; with new business, more employees, additional departments and expanding services. I am part of the sales team and can only see it growing further. The company works with all the big names in the construction industry, offering a nationwide service and is very highly thought of by the SIA.
I have found all employees and management very approachable and supportive, every member of the Steelforce team is extremely customer focused. So far it's been a pleasure working with the company.

I attended an interview and whilst completing the application form told the female administrator that I was currently being considered for another job I had applied for and would this present a problem when I went in for interview? She said that provided I mentioned this to them and was upfront she didn't see any problem. So I went in. Answered their opening questions for a few minutes then mentioned my other job application at which point the interviewer abruptly terminated the interview and asked me to leave. Stating that he wasn't interested unless I was prepared to commit to the company there and then.
As part of the management team he is entitled to do what he likes but if this is how they treat people at the interview stage it doesn't bode well for anyone who undertakes to work for them
