Cameron was professional, transparent and prompt. If you are locked out of your home, I highly recommend this company. I choose it after Googling and making a few calls. Stay away from companies which are answered by a call centre - they are not necessarily transparent about what they will do or how much it will cost you. Cheers again. I hopefully won't be locked out again. But if I am, I will call this company.

We have just moved house and Paul was able to come out really quickly to change the locks. The price was very reasonable and I really appreciated the extra effort that was involved as the previous owner had made a real mess of the existing locks. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fidelis again and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a lock change

A huge thank you to Cameron for fixing a door which had had a "sticky" handle for a couple of years. Whilst it hadn't got any worse over that 2 year period, it then suddenly broke completely with the door shut and no way to open it. Amusingly, it was the door to my study at home, so I spent one day climbing in and out through the window, and Cameron also had to climb in through the window in order to fix it. Thank you to Cameron for that wonderful service and coming round to fix it on the same day.

I was very impressed with the work done this week. What should have taken less than an hour actually took three hours but he (I'm sorry but I have forgotten his name!) persisted and finally resolved the problem! Very polite, cleaned up as he went and then still only charged me for one hour's work, because as he said, it should only have taken an hour! I would definitely recommend Fidelis and would be more than happy to use them again!

Amazing experience! Where do I begin. my car broke down (engine would start, then cut out shortly after, and a roadside assistance mechanic thought it was key/ key reader related), so I contacted Fidelis and Cameron came out to me incredibly swiftly. He was a really understanding and honest guy, and I could tell he had my best interests at heart when he was questioning what the roadside assistance mechanic was saying, when that guy was convinced what the issue was (in the end it turned out Cameron was more along the right track of what the issue was than the roadside assistance guy was).

Over the next week Cameron helped me with troubleshooting the issue with my car, staying late beyond the call of duty just to do all he could to help. He is incredibly passionate about what he does and about solving problems; that really shows in his commitment to his work. I've never had anyone who has worked on my car go so above and beyond for me, and at the same time be the nicest person ever - he even gave me a lift home from the garage near by, one night after a long, tiring day.

I cannot speak highly enough of Cameron, and Fidelis as a company - it genuinely was by far the best experience I've had of any company, hands down. They really care, and have your best interests at heart - not like so many other companies that just want to do the minimum and then charge you an arm and a leg! For the most amazing customer service, passion, commitment and open honesty Cameron and Fidelis have shown, I will forever rave about them to all of my friends and family - cannot recommend highly enough! I contacted Fidelis security on Sunday morning when I locked myself out, fortunately I had my phone with me, and I gave a call to Cameron, and explained the situation. Cameron came in about 15 minutes and assessed the situation and explained all the possibilities and the outcomes with quote upfront. And with no damage to the door, the door was unlocked. Thanks to Fidelis security for reasonable price and helping me out.

I’ve had to use these guys twice in a week and couldn’t fault them. The first was to change locks and they were so efficient and even tidied up after themselves which, from experience, you don’t see very often these days. The second time was to sort out a lock where the key had snapped, they were with me within 20 minutes of the phone call.
