Arrived bang on time, worked quickly and carefully to remove an old alarm panel and deactivate. Polite, well presented and well-mannered. The engineer was a credit to your company, and the whole process from initial query to completion was a doddle. If only more local contractors were as focussed. Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars.

Had Calder come out and install a CCTV system for my house and the service was excellent from start to finish. The install lads were really friendly and cleaned up after themselves and even though Im not technically minded they helped me through the set up on my phone to view my cctv on the app. I would highly recommend Calder Security and will be using them again.

Excellent service, just moved house, found out the alarm wasn't working. Called Calder for a quote on a new alarm, the receptionist said it is probably just a service it needs, someone will be with you today at 2pm. The engineer was here at 1.30pm. I now have a working alarm. Definately recommend Calder Security

Calder Security is very organised, well priced and very quick at making sure they fit in with what the customer wants. Every year they phone me up about a month before, to remind me that our alarm is due for a service. I would particularly like to say a big thank you to the engineer, Chris Lavell, who I know is very knowledgeable and patiently explains how the alarm works and will explain more than once in terms that you understand. If you want efficiency and knowledge, I would not hesitate to recommend Calder Security. Their knowledge and service is second to none.

Requested a quote for a CCTV and monitored alarm system for my small business. Quote received the same day and work don't the following week. The engineers were both polite and efficient, they wore shoe covers and even vacuumed up any mess with their own hoover! Extremely professional and great quality cameras, very pleased with the service and the quality. Can't recommend enough! Thank you.

We had Calder Security fit CCTV cameras to our house, Andy, the engineer was first class, realy professional and very polite, he explained how the system worked in 'layman' terms for us so we could understand. We had to call back for an adjustment on one of the cameras and they came out really quickly, . Could not recommend highly enough, first class service. Thank you all.

Extremely useful visit to a new home with existing alarm (and clueless owner). Showed me how to work it, reset the entry and exit times and zones to suit me, explained wiring and alarm history and now I have someone to call if I have a problem. Extremely fast response despite festive period and friendly and careful engineer. Definitely recommend.
