Well, I had a system installed 6 years ago in our house which worked reasonably well and at the time The salesman and engineers were very helpful. The problem is now 6 years on and I require some program changes to our system that because i did not take out a service contract with them stated that they are not taking on any non contract work due to staff issues.

Its so dissapointing after spending over 800 with them for the system they no longer will support it. Be aware of this if you are about to buy a system off contract. I shall have to go elsewhere for my support and sales recommendations.

Excellent experience from enquiry to installation. Requirements for CCTV and alarm listened to and priced accordingly. Installation was arranged and works were completed on the dates agreed within time frame. Fitters (Christoph & Jordan) we well presented, courteous and completed the works in a clean and tidy manor. we were given a full demonstration of the CCTV and alarm functions and made sure we were fully happy with everything before leaving. Would recommend for friends and family for any alarm or CCTV works.
