Grays were great when the multi lock mechanism broke on our front door (typically on a Sunday!) The replacement part we needed wasn't in stock but Danny came to ensure our home was temporarily secure whilst the part was ordered in. The new part was fitted by Luke within a couple of days. Both Danny and Luke were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

I wanted to praise the wonderful and super fast job that Luke Powell did from Grays Locksmith ltd. I had an emergency in the evening (around 6pm) because my flat's locker safety mechanism broke inside of my door. I called Grays Locksmith immediately and in less than half an hour Luke came. He was super nice and very skilled, he did the job in about 20 minutes and had every spare part to fix the issue. I feel safe now thanks to Luke's amazing job! I wouldn't ask anyone else but them to come and help me! Very recommended!

Had to have Darren from Grays out at 10pm last Saturday evening as I'd managed to lock myself out and left the key in the lock from the inside. He came out to Derby quickly and managed to get though a 3 star high security lock to let me back in and left the door undamaged and fitted a new handwheel type lock. Great service on a cold night, fast response and did what needed to be done. Would happily recommend their service if you ever need them.

I lost the key to a door and could not gain access. It was out of hours during the week. I found Grays as being 24/7 on a google search on my phone. Danny gave me an arrival time which he kept to. He quickly changed the lock and gave me 3 keys. Danny was very polite and informative. I would certainly use Grays Locksmiths again. Thank you Danny for getting me out of a tight spot.

Grays Locksmiths responded promptly to a request to replace a fire door. The attending Tradesman, Luke, gave excellent and relevant advice and secured the existing door until a replacement was available. Importantly, realistic estimates were provided on when installation of new door could be completed. When ready, the new door fitted to the space with minimal fuss and minimal impact to tenant. Area was cleaned and old door removed as part of the service. Door looks great and would use Grays again.
