This company not only provides alarm systems which do not report correctly to an outsourced monitoring station, unnoticed for nearly 3 months, they are late to sales appointments, and cannot manage basic accounting functions either. I can only think the reason they are still in business is because they are signing up customers unknowingly and underhandedly to 5 year contracts. Avoid at all costs!

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS SHARP PRACTITIONERS. I am left fuming at the b.s that these people come out with. My kids tell more convincing stories. I was invited to contact Heather in customer services on a number that tells me she doesn't work there! A customer services officer who won't speak with customers? I concur with the last contributor. AVOID these shameless liars.

Have tried to get a quote from this company for an alarm fault fix for several months. Email ignored. Chaser email then initially ignored. Eventually got a response in Feb, I replied the same day to try and fix a service date. This was ignored, then another chaser was ignored. Have never experienced anything like it, a total waste of time

One of the worst companies that we have dealt with! Engineers are fab, but don't expect anyone to reply to an email as they just totally ignore them. When you do finally manage to get hold of anyone on the phone, they are so rude, expecially in the Service Dept. No apologies, no customer service skills and certainly no ownership of resolving customer problems caused by their ineptitude. STEER WELL CLEAR!

Had a residential alarm fitted a couple of years ago by Trust Security who have now been bought out by BusinessWatch. Called BusinessWatch this morning and spoke to a lady I think was called Ashleigh. I was calling with a query about moving my control panel to a different location, I also wanted a quote for both a service plan and to have CCTV fitted. Zero out of ten for customer service skills. She came across very blunt and rude. I didn't even bother asking for a quote for CCTV, I'll take my business elsewhere.

A great company who look after its customers. Always encountered polite and helpful staff whom visit to carry out my yearly checks. Office staff happy to help only negative I can say is I found it frustrating that my email was ignored when asking for information but a Rhys in customer service relayed my concern to a lovely lady Heather who immediately rang me and ensured I had all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend. Consider my blood pressure down and 1 happy customer thank you.

Running a bookies means that we have to be really security conscious. Every little detail needs to be looked into including security alarms and CCTV. When we were setting up our new premises, we asked Business Watch to come and take a look at the building. They made solid and affordable recommendations on how to make the premises secure. We now have an extremely effective system set up in place so all the staff feel safe whilst at work.

I moved my business into a unit in Peterborough becayse the rent was much cheaper. Unfortunately it meant the location was not as desirable. I decided to have CCTV set up as a precaution. My friend recommended Business Watch. They came and reviewed the area, showing me the best way to protect and survey the unit. The set up was really simple and the CCTV system is great. I can log in live remotely from any device which gives me lots of peace of mind. Thank you guys!
