Very knowledgeable with great technical support. I have been using DDS for 10 years and wouldn't buy CCTV equipment from anywhere else

Following intermittent issues with my current 8 cam cctv, I was recommended to try DDS. After checking out their website which has some very useful information I contacted by phone and spoke to Sam who was extremely helpful. We discussed my problems and he suggested that I replace my NVR which he assured me would work with my third party cameras. A quotation was promptly emailed to me.

I collected new NVR from Sam several days later connected existing cameras and with help from Edward on the support helpdesk was up and running in a couple of hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending DDS, their overall customer service was outstanding.

Great service, goods arrived next day. All in perfect condition, all components worked first time with no fuss. Fourth time I've used DDS, would highly recommend.

Dealt with this company for the last few years, not the cheapest but always ready to help if you have a problem, I've always put good service before price when buying a product. I recommend without hesitation

I have dealt with DDS a couple of times now and found them to be very helpful and extremely responsive to questions. Their tech support is also well organised. You get what you pay for, much better than those cheap Chinese systems you get from the bigger internet sellers.

Excellent service. Clear and easy to use website full of useful guides and manuals. Purchased a 4-camera 5MP kit which was a very competitive price. Opted for next day delivery which arrived very well packaged at 10:00 the following day. Good quality products.

Sam gave excellent advice when I was looking to upgrade my system. I purchased 3 cameras and a NVR. They arrived the next day and the product is terrific. I have since bought 3 more cameras to extend my system. Very pleased.

I have found DDS's products and services to be excellent. I am a domestic user of just 4 cameras and a network video recorder, and configuring networked cameras is complex. I have very understanding of network configuration, but DDS gave good purchasing advice and willingly talked me through several issues during installation until I achieved success. The combination of good products and immediate, knowledgeable support staff is a rare thing these days, but DDS still offer it. Long may it continue.

I can not recommend this company high enough.5 Stars plus. After buying one of the well-known CCTV kits from over the counter, which let me down after 13 months!, and I had to replace the hard drive. which again let me down. ( very unhappy) I contacted DDS. they talked me completely through the pro.& cons of CCTV and various qualities which they have.

I chose for my Home 4K image, X 4 camera system, I asked a local electrician to fit ( see pictures) Really happy with the choice, excellent image quality, and recording I'm also replacing my 8 camera system at my business with one of the DDS systems Just to mention, both Sam and his team, gave excellent advice and help with questions I had, I have recommended them to all my friends. Ordered a CCTV NVR security box. Order was easy and hassle free as was the delivery. The item is good quality and worked a treat for my purpose.

Cameras supplied are poor when in IR mode (eg, all change to IR black & white in differing levels of darkness etc), okay in daylight. SoCatch App is clunky and out of date as well. Phoenix HDR keeps rubbish time so clock constantly needs altering manually etc etc

Had a problem with my cameras, spoke to Edward today and he sorted it no problem. All you guys are just brilliant, Thanks for being so kind and understanding. Regards Dave Bates.
