AWM installed our alarm system, at a house in central Sunderland, in 1992. It was a basic and simple system. But it has served us well with few problems since then. We have always used AWM for system maintenance and have always been satisfied with the service delivered. An AWM engineer called yesterday to replace the control unit battery and to replace two magnetic door contacts. His manner was highly professional and he was in and out inside 30 minutes. Very reasonable charge - far less than in I had expected!.

Phoned them up about my alarm which wasn't working spoke to engineer he was able to tell me to try a couple of things to fix it myself very helpful and good advice which worked I would use them if I need to in the future
