Access and Door Control Report

Door Holders and Closers Report

These may also we wireless saving time and money. The Agrippa acoustic fire door holder is battery powered for holding internal fire doors open. The new technology enables the door holder to 'listen and learn' the sound of the fire alarm during installation so that when the fire alarm sounds, the door will be released.

Fire Alarm systems Report

First a note on Smoke and Heat detectors - As a maintenance company we will only use the most reliable detectors, to work with our fire alarm systems, such as those manufactured by the companies opposite, as there is nothing worse than a "cheap" fire detector. Such as the Morley IAS, are mainly designed for the larger building where a fire condition needs to be identified down to the exact device or room number. These only use a pair of cables and have all the smoke detectors, manual fire alarm call points and bells or sounders connected.
