Rubbish company to work for. Do not ever work for this company. They do not treat you fair. They don't pay you properly, Much more. There are way better jobs out there.

I have worked for Brit Sec since 2012. The organisation has provided me with many high profile opportunities and they have always been fair with payment and recognition of the work I have done. They do recognise individuals with commitment and potential and my experience has only been positive.

Crooks, They will let you work as a sub contractor then refuse to pay you. Be warned you will need to take them to court like I am to get your money. Update: I took them to court and won. Judge discredited there worthless paperwork they get you to sign and saw through their lies. Avoid at all costs

I had a problem with Travelers occupying a vacant site next door to my factory. The travellers threatened my staff and smashed some windows, in the end the staff were reluctant to come to work so I called Brit Sec and they deployed 2 K9 units who managed the situation and kept my site safe. Within 2 days the problem was solved so Brit Sec now do a Mobile Visit once a night to ensure that we are safe. Thanks to the K team you saved us Thousands

Company is a disgrace worked for them since September 2016. I've taken time off due to an injury sustained at the start for February 2017. It came to pay day for the month of January on 15th February and they have refused to pay me any of my wages, every time I ring the office or my operations manager they pass me on to someone else and tell me I should be paid for 5pm and then there is nothing in my account, I've been chasing them for my wages for a week.

They lousy when it comes to paying they either refuse to pay you or pay you less ive had this done plenty of times to me by them and it's also happened to a lot of my colleagues working for the company. In my opinion avoid this company as much as possible they are unprofessional aswel as lazy my interview was at a McDonald's car park on Chester road in Sutton Coldfield.

I should have actually realised then this company was a disgrace and should never have taken up the job with them. P.s never seen so many fake reviews on a company google page they must have got desperate after a lot of people left degrading reviews including me which they deserved because the company is an absolute disgrace. They still call me asking if I would cover a shift for them but I've left the company over 2 years ago now and still they call asking if I'm free to cover a site for them because they are so short on staff sad times

Lying bullying lazy contract manager and every week recruiting new guys as no body likes to work with them clients always complain with new faces staff. They like being keyboard warriors, but face to face they buckle and lie. Holiday applications ignored. No wonder they have a terrible reputation in the region.

Unsafe place to work if any thing happens to you ll not get a help from the operation Manger if you die on a site or any thing dangerous happens to you they don't care Useless Poor management attitude specially east midland operation manger threating you to hold your wages the director dodgy Person doing tax envision and they will rob your money BE WORNED do you research ask before joining them they turned client site to control room long hours poor pay never paid correct amount.

Poor management attitude. and you get less than minimum wage at end of the month breaks not paid no holiday pay no sick pay If you work with don't be soft and flexible they will ride you. Me I have already reported them to SIA I DONT WANT FAKES IN THE INDUSTRY SIMPLY AS BRIT-SEC.

I have worked for a few security companies in my time however Brit Sec is the best. They deliver what they promise, wages on time, regional support officers are great in covering you when sick or holiday.

Very bad company, provided them the equipment and its now 7 months still haven't paid. Be aware never supplied them any goods or services. We have to take them to court now. Called several times and never replied with plenty of excuses. Do not deal with this company, absolute disgrace.

Went for a job with Britsec, offered a perfect site nearer to family, hours to suit but as they say "if its too good to be true it probably it is" uniform ordered was all small excepted the tie Well thats Britsec. At the interview i was asked if there was any questions and i asked at this point if it was offered to anyone else i was told clearly no it was their policy to offer to 1 person.

But it was already offered and excepted to another internally and a poorer site where no one wanted was offered. Honesty is my policy if they can not be honest from the start to staff think. How honest are they to the customer.
