Just had an alarm and cctv installed by Allan and Dave and I can highly recommend Elite. From quote to installation; the advice, service and aftercare is exceptional. The quality of both the alarm and cctv is impressive and easy to use. I particularly like having the mobile app to control the alarm when I'm not there and to view what's going on through the cctv.

I think it's a bonus that you get a follow up a week later to check that you're happy with everything and to answer any questions you might have after using your new alarm/cctv, that's what I call great service!

From the demo to completion of the instalation was first class. Everything was exeptional including the follow up. I would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish we have had an excellent experience with Elite Security Solutions, Grimsby. Following a recent burglary at a neighbours property we decided to get quotes for CCTV and alarms. Friendly, polite office staff assisted with our enquiry and quickly arranged for Alan to come round to quote, he carefully explained what would be our best option, even reducing the number of cameras to what was sensible rather than just install what we asked making money out of us unnecessarily.

The prices seemed reasonable so we went ahead, and installation date was quickly organised and the whole system installation took two days. We were really pleased with the installer, again friendly and polite. There was no mess and a few days later Alan returned to ensure we were happy with everything and talked us through any complicated aspects of operating the system. The only negative is a spider has taken up residence in one of the cameras! Lol I highly recommend Elite Security Solutions, Grimsby

Just had security cameras fitted and our alarm system overhauled to smarten up the sensors and add a new one, and fix a dud one. Fantastic service, great job, done very efficiently. Quality from start to finish, getting them to come back soon to improve the WiFi by installing an AP point. Highly recommend.

Elite Security fitted CCTV in a multiunit rental property and I had problems with the access due to issues with the management agent for months.
