The Operations Manager of the McKenzie Arnold Group is Martin Jackson who has 25 years of experience in managing complex Security, Visitor Management and Crowd Control projects. Appointed by Transport for London he was the Contract Lead and Manager of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games Last Mile Operation, with a Project value of 5 million and which involved 1,500 SIA Security staff and Stewards throughout the Games.
The McKenzie Arnold Group Crowd Management Team has been responsible for planning, implementing, delivering and reviewing all parts of the crowd management process at high profile and international events across the UK. McKenzie Arnold has delivered more than 1600 security officers, traffic marshals and stewards over a single weekend at 14 different locations.
