I've always used pier alarms. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff who listen to what you want and advise accordingly.

Ive had an alarm from pier alarms for the past 6 years without any problems and had annual service. I have just moved home and had another alarm and cctv fitted, they turned up on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up any dust perfect I will use and recommend them any time.

Peter was great from the moment i got intouch, he appreciated the urgency for a new alarm system to be installed, came out the same day to go through our needs and gave us some very good advise, though very busy he was able to bring our installation date forward, because of the urgency, he came with liam to install the system, they were both very professional and polite, spent plenty of time with us going through the system and operation of it, i would recommend them any day of the week.

Had Pier alarms come and give us a quote for a new alarm system and CCTV. We was pleased with the quote therefore went ahead. Very professional throughout the fitting process and went through all the instructions. Informed us any problems just contact them. I have personally known Peter Jackson the owner of Pier Alarms since the 1980s. His work ethic regarding all aspects of security alarm systems is beyond question. He ensures all of his staff are fully trained and conversant with all modern alarm systems and products and with his relentless quest to be fully professional, with his guidance and his commitment over the years to all of his companies saff, has without question paid dividends both with his team being loyal and his business progressing. Peters company in the past took over the contract of a very I'll fitted alarm system installed initially by a company that lasted 5 years due to incompetent staff with ridiculously bad work ethics.

Prior to him taking over the contract, the system was fully checked over and all the faults fully rectified. I have had a full alarm fitted to my present property which has worked perfectly for 20 years. I am now having two new illuminated alarm external sounder boxes fitted to my property to bring the system up to date. I would have no hesitations in recommending this gentleman's business to any person requiring a competent work team with fully compliant competent fitment of any aspect of security products. A few weeks ago I had Pier Alarms secure my 1st floor flat in Lower Ince. My existing alarm was not working. the engineer diagnosed the problem and carried out repairs. A full service was done. Very reasonable price. Very polite engineer. Would happily recommend Pier Alarms. Thanks

I Had a 4 camera CCTV system fitted last month due to problems on my street and having a daytime break in while my mother was at home. I went into Pier Alarms Ltd on Wigan Lane to see a working CCTV demonstration system first. I wanted to say how well Pier Alarms Ltd handled the install from the first call to completed installation. Great communication***brilliant equipment***fast installation***and the pictures are amazing.

They took time to show my mother and I how to use each function on the recorder which was simple with the mouse provided. I cant praise them enough for our CCTV system***A BIG THANK YOU TO PIER ALARMS*** 10/10

I had my alarm fitted by Pier Alarms over twenty years ago. We have been with them ever since, they service the alarm system every year. The engineers have always been tidy, polite and very friendly. I would recommend, Pier Alarms to anyone interested in having an alarm fitted. I have had only one breakdown fault in all the time we have been with them.
