What a joke of a company. I would give no stars if I could. All they care about is upselling instead of resolving issues. Technical Support gave me incorrect webpage for us, which I worked out for myself we then had issues with the App not working correctly had me uninstalling then the App was no longer visible on AppleID so had to resend the link. assumed I was the one who set it up Wrong again.found the original email with the login details which did not work. left it with them yesterday afternoon to find out the correct details. still waiting for them to call me back.
Actually found the correct login details on my pc this morning by just clicking through the administration properties. Entirely different login details to the ones emailed and advised of yesterday. My boss is now Happy the App is working again, however it is not down to any support from them whatsoever.

DO NOT USE this shambolic company they sell you a useless tracking system service not fit for purpose. After agreeing to become a customer you are then unsuspectingly passed on to a leasing company who tie you in for 36 months. Luckily i have 1 agreement left the rest are being cancelled. You will be talked to like you are 5 year old by a rude woman who talks over you!
I am not a rude person but it's the first time i have actually had to swear at a so called professional representing a company over the phone in 45 years. You will be disappointed only 6 of our fleet are tracked by this incompetent lot, right now not even 1 vehicle showing on the tracking system where it is. It works when it wants to updates after 15 minutes if you are lucky.
Go to AMS tracking straight talking no leases, set figures given up front & no interfering from 3rd party leasing company's just the period of contract you want. At a fraction of the cost!
