Sonic online - the parent company of Furniture online are a complete Joke and are only interested in money. I have bought an armchair for 200 and sent it back because it wasn't quite want we wanted and not really as advertised. About 2 months later after several failed collection attempts (they didnt show up) and being charged 40 for collection, I chased up my refund. a week or so later I have been awarded 60 less than my refund!

Apparently this is to cover the outbound delivery fee and the inbound return fee. 60 seems over inflated to me - apparently they have no control over their fees. I don't believe that for a second. Stay away from these guys they really don't care about service only money.

I was a bit unsure about buying a gaming chair online having not sat on it and checked the quality. I couldn't be more happy with it and the quality is better than the High Street and the price is excellent. Highly recommend.

Save your money Iv'e tried several recliner chairs including electric ones from this company called more4homes or Sonic Online Ltd who use the Ebay and Amazon websites and they are all useless, order only when you want to binge watch on boxsets and I guarantee within 30 days of really using your chair, it will sag and the back will lose all of It's support you will even hear the springs grinding in the seat itself as you sit down.

When you exchange one of there chairs the female manager is like your best friend even phones you, but when you have had enough and want a refund even within just 10 days they will keep 39.99 without telling you instead of a full refund, they won't give you a tracking number and there courier will ask for two items when the company knows there is only one item to be collected which delays the return reaching this dodgy seller.

I cannot rate this company high enough; excellent & superb product, service, delivery and staff.
