I got in touch with Connect Security after we moved to a place with an alarm system needing upgrade and cctv for which we had no instructions. I chose them because they are a Which? Approved Trader and had positive reviews. Nick upgraded the system so that it is fit for purpose, explained how everything works and they now maintain it. I have found Connect Security to be professional, punctual, tidy, polite and friendly when carrying out their work and clear in all their communications - I would recommend.

Nick and Tom installed both Alarm and CCTV systems in our newly renovated house, they suggested what was needed based on our requirements and provided a fully detailed quote. We discussed the best route for cabling so that it was not visible and would not cause any damage. All in all a great job. They were polite, punctual, set it all up and cleaned up afterwards. We would certainly recommend Connect Security.
