I work as a large block property manager in which WFP did the initial install of a fire alarm system to ensure current legislation compliance. Whilst I was not involved in this initial process I have subsequently been dealing with a number of members of the team from Verity & Lisa who are office based, Mark who works in new business and one of the on site technicians Sam.

Throughout they have been excellent, information has been provided straight away without fuss or delay, and organising works has been stress free. Verity & Lisa have been great as a main contact in organising everything from the relevant information and staff attendance and has massively helped out by moving her contractors around to allow me to have attendance on the day I urgently required at short notice.

I attended site to meet Mark and discuss additional areas we can work on and once again this was quickly arranged and was good to discuss what areas we needed and how this could be completed by the same multi-skilled engineers to save Money, time and ease. and lastly Sam, one of the engineers was attending site for the initial service of the system, I met him on site to discuss the system and Sam was brilliant.

He trained the site concierge on how to operate the system, what bits to look out for, how to do the relevant testing to ensure confidence. so far the whole team has been brilliant, and could not be faulted in anyway. I look forward to working again with them in the future. Whilst my experience with them has been brief, so far I can safely say they have been the easiest and most pro-active in all of my dealings with fire/security contractors.

Tabor Academy has been engaged with WFP for the last 7 years. They are a very professional company that care for their clients. We use them for servicing of Intruder Alarm, Fire alarm, CCTV, Emergency lighting, and Fire extinguishers. WFP have worked with me at Backhouse Solicitors since 2015 when we moved to Duke Street in Chelmsford and needed a new intruder alarm system. The old system was replaced with a much better one, and WFP also looked after our fire extinguisher and fire alarm maintenance for five years. The team are always friendly and helpful and we received an excellent service during that time, so when we moved to new, larger offices in 2020 we didn't think twice about asking Paul and the team for help.

We knew that WFP had opened an electrical division which was great timing for us. Since buying our building, WFP have. wait for it. - tested and upgraded the building electrics - replaced the old lighting with new LED lights - upgraded all the heaters to modern, more efficient units - installed a complete Cat 6 data network - tested and commissioned the fire alarm system - arranged the fire safety report - replaced the fire extinguishers - installed a fantastic new intruder alarm that we can monitor remotely - last but not least, installed an all singing, all dancing CCTV system Phew! Scott and Alan have been fantastic managing the projects, taking time to understand what we needed and making sure the work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend that anyone needing electrical, fire or security work get in touch with WFP for a personal service and good quality, value for money work.

A great and helpful team who assisted us in the middle of the cladding crisis sweeping the nation. As lay people thrust into the first safety world, WFP helped us each step of the way. All of the team are professional and approachable, with fantastic quality work in the installation (both the common areas and the wireless devices in apartments). Towards the end of last year I was looking to change fire and security contractors so got in contact with WFP from the start of the process all the way till now, the staff at WFP have been most friendly and helpful. They came in best value and fitted the bill as to what I was looking for. They now currently maintain our fire and security systems across Essex.

We were looking to upgrade our ageing CCTV system. As we have worked with WFP for several years with our fire system and have had an excellent service, we decided to consult with them for advice on our CCTV system. Once again I can only praise WFP for the service we have received. We upgraded to an Avigilon system, which was very different to our original system and being a computer based system, gave us much more flexibility than our old system and is quite easy to learn.

The team at WFP spent time with the entire team to ensure that everyone was conversant with the new technology, and were extremely patient, even when we asked the most obvious questions! Since the system has been installed, our entire team have realised the benefits of the system and how easy it is to use, including review footage, use image recognition and export footage.

Even to the least technical minded person, this is simple to use. Thank you to WFP for understanding our needs and provided the best equipment for the job. Would highly recommend.
