Advantages I bought a AEI SECURITY - WIRELESS ALARM SYSTEM many years ago and the system worked perfectly for a number of years, so when the DIAL UP CONTROL PANEL (MU4000) went faulty I was keen to stay with the same Disadvantages Unfortunately the new DIAL UP CONTROL PANEL (MU4000) I ordered from AEI SECURITY website went faulty after a few days of use.

I spoke with Sean who advised that is was probably a faulty power supply and would send one out to me. I did not receive the new power supply for about 4 months after contacting Sean numerous times, each time he'd would tell me there was an issue with the order. When I finally received the power supply, it did not resolve the issue. I have tried contacting Sean again numerous times to no avail.

The above is a cut down version of what happened, please factor in many conversations with Sean and many tests and resets before he agreed to send out a replacement power supply. Comment My impressions of this organization is exceptionally poor, I don't think they are at all interested in resolving this issue. I believe they have my money and will from now on practice avoidance.

I wish I had read other reviews before dealing with this organization. My experience with this organization has been awful. Date of services rendered: 15/02/2021 People I corresponded with: Sean and Julie Delenio (Accounts Dept.)

I have ordered a transmitter and receiver from AEI Company on 7th March 2021. The delivery man has not found our address (London!) and delivered back the ordered item to the company. I have called their phone number and the advisor promised the full refund within 24 hours. I have not received the refund until today. The company does not reply my emails and phone calls. I have been waiting my 143 Pounds. I have a very bad experience with AEI.

DigiSender HD Pro 3 Triple-input Powerline HDMI Sender (DGHDP3). To all the staff of AEI Received my order of DigiSender equipment yesterday (9 July 2018). I can't thank you enough. The picture and sound quality is absolutely superb. The equipment was bought to replace an older radio-signal Digisender that struggled with our thick interior stone walls and even more so with the heat wave.

I'm getting a bit old and doddery but I found the instructions to be simple to follow and it was easy to set up the units. Once again many thanks for the excellent product. I wish your company every success for the future.

I purchased I Digisender 18 Months ago and has been working fine but now has stopped working. There is no-one at support to ask what the problem is. The red light on the power indicator is flashing red. I have tried emailing and Phoning any number at AEI Security & Communications and there is no answer. I have had a reply and the number they have supplied is working.

I have spoken to support and they have identified the problem as a Faulty power supply. Tested it and and can confirm this as correct. Thank you *UPdate * There was a problem at AEI with their phone system, and has since been rectified. Customer support has since been very good. I would also like to say that the Digisender has worked perfectly in the 18 Months I have had them and the new power supply will give me further continuous use.

Customer Support does not appear to exist with no replies to emails or anyone ever answering phone calls. The systems I have bought (3 so far) do work reasonably well.

Have owned my digital sender a few years and stopped working a few days ago. Customer service fantastic, emails replied to almost immediately, problem identified and resolution sorted in two emails. Wish everyone treated there custers this well.

We had problems with our recently purchased DigiSender Pro3 HD video sender box from when we first installed it. Every time we switched the upstairs television on or off upstairs, it also switched the downstairs television on or off at the same time. This was particularly frustrating because I thought it was likely to be something simple, but just couldn't figure out what it was. Fortunately the technical service team at AEI Communications were really helpful and took the time to talk me through the CEC settings on the two televisions and the DigiSender Pro3. I can confirm that the problem is now solved completely and everything is now working as I had hoped/expected it would.

I purchased a remote keypad for my alarm system which did not work correctly. When I contacted the company I got an immediate reply and a courier was organised to collect the faulty product which I returned on 11th May 2016. Today is 23rd November 2016 and I still cannot see credit for my returned keypad on my visa account despite having sent a couple of emails querying it. I am very disappointed with this service and am looking at my next course of action. I have received no further replies to my emails.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, 27 emails later, mostly unanswered, 8 answer phone messages (none replied to), and 3 months past I still have a product that does not work. I returned the orginal one and even with tracked/signed for delivery they tried to claim it was never recieved! Goggle other user expereinces, product works ok for some, badly for others so I paid more to buy direct from manufacturers assuming they would accepted if the peoduct does not perform satisfactoryliy.

The other TV is 10m direct line through 1 wall and the reception is poor, if I connect to the TV upstairs and 1 room across its complete unwatchable. It may just be the person I am dealing with (Lloyd Downey) does not care so I can not comment on the rest of the compnay or thier ethos.

I purchased a Scart video sender online, model DG180. I ordered it Monday Morning and as soon as it was despatched I received a tracking number. It was with me Wednesday. Great service. Video Sender was very easy to set up and worked perfectly. Saves me having to pay the extra sky subscription every month to get multi-room!
