BWS installed a door access system for our racket sports club some years ago and have provided annual maintenance for that system. Admin staff are always helpful and the technicians who attend have always been knowlegeable and very efficient. A good friendly company to deal with. Would recommend to others.

I have become a long serving customer of BWS Standfast and recently instructed again to upgrade the intercom and CCTV system. From the initial instructions to Matt Howell to the team who showed on the day (Gavin + Richard; Josh + Jamie), the professionalism and friendly nature was exemplary. Very much recommended.

Took out a maintenance contract with BWS Standfast. They did a take over of my Pyronix alarm system, did a full check over, replaced batteries and supplied & linked a new key fob. Both engineers explained all the set up and were helpful with my queries. All contact with the office team was also very good. Excellent company and highly recommended.

I have recently asked BWS security to take over my business alarm because I was unhappy with my previous contractor. They have given me an excellent service, cheerful and knowledgeable engineers and a quick response when things went wrong. I cannot fault them, and at last can trust that my business is well looked after.

Highly recommend this company. I recently has a problem with a security alarm, and they sent out an engineer the same afternoon. The engineer was friendly, fixed the problem quickly and explained the fault. Will continue to use this company and I recommend signing up to one of their service contracts.

Amazing company, very helpful staff and fantastic service. Had an issue with our alarm during the storms and these guys were fantastic. Our alarm is dead but thanks to their very helpful engineer we are not only quiet again but he produced a quote to upgrade the system to a new wireless alarm the same day
