Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Gemini has installed new fire alarm system in building of 20 flats. Since last Sunday the alarm has gone off every day, yesterday the alarm rang for two hours. Fire brigade attended each time - two engines- but no-one could switch the alarm off because Gemini has not entered the code in the Fire Log book.
