Farsight have worked with us for nearly nine years and they have always provided a high level of service. Everyone I speak to on the phone is always helpful and efficient. It gives me peace of mind knowing their operators have eyes on our premises. They have always acted quickly when events have occurred by either deterring possible break ins with audio announcements or notifying 1st responders or the police. Having been in the security industry for over 27 years, it's a breath of fresh air to deal with Farsight Security, from Admin to operators there efficiency is second to none, if it's setting up a new account or walk testing video analytics on a cold wet miserable day there clear communication and technical ability's are unrivalled! Hi please avoid! Waste of money we were paying 200 a month through ADT We had two break in over 3,000 worth of goods stolen! No compensation for damages we suffered! Also after the break in's we had we try to test the system it usually took 20 to 30 mins for someone to shout down the speakers! Sometimes no response from Farsight & we had to call ourselves to ask why there was no response just for them to say we have a very long que even though we have more than half a million pounds worth of cars on the forecourt!

When we opened the account through ADT Farsight promised within seconds they would take actions as soon as intruder alarms were triggered we later found that to be a massive false promise & misrepresentation! It takes less than 1 minute to steal a vehicle sometimes we would test the system & be on forecourt while alarm was set for more than 35 mins before they would take any action meaning we could have had 35 cars stolen!

Please avoid! When goods were stolen & we tried to make a complaint after 2 years to this day no compensation & no response to our complaints we was promised management would visit us & speak with us & discuss our complaints but after 10 different complaints letters emails & 100 of phone calls to this date we have yet not had a response from Farsight as to the outcome of our complaint which led us to cancelling our direct debit & to find alternative security company!

Avoid avoid avoid not worth a penny! We can write so much more but this should be more than enough to make you think twice before entering into an agreement with this company or you better pray you don't have a break in because these guys will not take no action nor would they compensate for any goods stolen or damaged as a result of break in

I would not hesitate to recommend Farsights services to anyone needing surveillance on their business/property.
