Keymaster Security is South Wales' Premier independent security company. We are MLA (Master Locksmith Association) approved and members of the ELF (European Locksmith Federation). Keymaster provides total bespoke Security Solutions to both commercial and domestic customers, nationwide. Everyone receives the same high level of customer respect and courtesy you would expect from a privately-owned business.

We employ a highly skilled and trained workforce, operating with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Given the very nature of our profession, we can't afford to have even the slightest doubt about the professionalism or integrity of any of our people. That is why each and every one of them has to go through an extremely rigorous selection and vetting process, and police screening procedure, before being offered employment with us. That applies to everyone in the team, from the management to office administrators, through to the installation engineers.
At Keymaster Security, we know that each customer will have differing security needs, for a number of different reasons. Therefore, we do not offer standard ready-made solutions, nor do we support any specific type of equipment or preferred supplier. That is why we are able to offer practical and impartial advice.
At Keymaster Security, we firmly believe that all customers are individual and, as such, should be treated individually. Therefore, we do not operate a fixed 'off-the-shelf' pricing policy. Instead, we will negotiate individually with customers, to help them meet their specific needs and priorities at the time.
Our Locksmithing Division encompasses both an in-house operation and a mobile service. The mobile service is fast, efficient and reliable, and based around a fleet of fully equipped rapid response vehicle workshops. These mobile workshops carry on board an extensive range of replacement locks and different key blanks, along with both mortice and cylinder key cutting machines, enabling them to cut virtually all keys on site. Every mobile workshop carries its own power generation unit, capable of providing power on site, thereby covering any eventuality.

Not sure how their locksmith abilities are but their customer service is definitely sub-par. Called today to get an estimate and no one answered. I called a different company that answered right away and they did the service within two hours. An hour later I got a call from Keymaster and I told them sorry but I didn't need the service any more, and thanks for calling back.
The guy the phone responded "So you don't even want an estimate?" and I said "No, sorry again, I already had the service done and you guys didn't answer the phone when I called". The guy then sighed and hung up on me. kind of rude if you ask me!

Booked them 2 weeks ahead to fit new locks to some doors. Was given a time they would arrive. Half hour after the time I phoned them-they had forgotten the appointment. They then said they would be with me in 10 minutes. Was a bit suspicious as they were coming from Roath. Another half an hour later, still no sign of them so I cancelled the callout. If I can't trust them with a time to be there, I won't be trusting them to fit any locks.
