I've used WLSC a few times over the years and wanted to commend Harry and his team for the excellent service they have given me recently. Yesterday I had damage to my back gate that left my house not secure. I called just after lunchtime and they had come round and made an excellent repair by 6pm. I am very happy to recommend WLSC.

After a very bad experience with another company, Harry went way above and beyond to rectify the mess the other company had made. He is professional, friendly, kind and helpful and without doubt an expert at his trade. Another great job just completed by WLSC. Have been using this company for at least 17 years and always find their work to be professionally carried out. On the rare (and I mean rare) occasion there is an issue, it is always sorted out quickly and efficiently. All members are staff are courteous and professional - but also with a sense of humour, which is needed at times. A great company, thoroughly recommended.

We have recently had West London Security into our small school to repair a faulty gate and pillar. I looked at other companies as you would expect but I found that I was only able to get part of the service I required from them. West London Security however were the only company that seemed able to complete the work required in its entirety, from the demolition of the old damaged pillar, to the new brickwork, electrics and the iron work of the automatic gate locks.
As we are a primary school my timescale and availability were limited to say the least but Harry worked his team of builders and engineers around my individual needs to get the work done in a timescale to suit the school. I can honestly say that I would happily get them back in the future for any gate and security needs we have here and would highly recommend them to others both professionally and in my personal life. I'm a property manager and have been using West London Security Centre for many years. There are 2 locksmiths less than 5 minutes walk from our agency but I get in the car and go to West London Security Centre because I never have any trouble with keys not working by going there. They also have all sorts of unusual keys that you can't get cut in other places and they can cut many older style Banhams and other 'high security' keys that's saves me having to go elsewhere. I have always found Harry to be polite and knowledgeable and he has saved me money before by offering alternatives to what I've had in mind.

Really impressed with the service provided by West London Security Centre. I received excellent advice from Harry in the shop - informative and professional, without being pushy. He came to fit our new lock personally, arriving on time, with excellent workmanship - he ensured everything worked smoothly and the door fit was exact. We'll definitely use them again - to be recommended!
