If an intruder alarm is tripped while you're away from the property we'll also call your nominated key holders - usually friends or family who live nearby and are able to access the property on your behalf.

ADT are dishonest. Stopped annual maintenance. When batteries ran out, I called 4 times to get someone to replace them and they insisted I did it myself. When I decided to cancel my contract, they continued charging me. They just cancelled my direct debit but moved me to quarterly invoicing system. Trying to stop the service is a nightmare. Avoid them

ADT are dreadful. The system never fully worked. We requested an engineer and got given a date one week ahead. In the meantime we continued to receive automated calls telling us the system was faulty. On the day of the engineer we got a text message stating that they were too busy and got given another date. This process of cancelling and rescheduling while receiving annoying automated calls continued FIVE more times over two months until I eventually gave up and switched to an alternative system. ADT are still demanding I pay them for 3 years of service. Appalling is the only time of describing the service levels.

This Message is to ADT Tyco UK. This is the worst security provider I have ever dealt with. After changing our system to Dualcom (which they didnt even warn us about) I have been asking for the necessary documents to update our insurance for over 6 weeks. Constantly get told it is with the field engineer. How long does it take to scan a report and email it? Avoid them like the plague.

Absolutely pathetic service if you want to get in touch with accounts make you wait over 30 minutes and then cut you off yet if you want to pay your bill you get connected immediately Hopeless service. They have billed me for a 4 yr contract even though i took one out for year only. When you contact them they just pass it on and you still end up getting statements asking you to pay the full amount very poor explanation i wish i had never gone with this company totally unprofessional app
