The Security Industry Authority ( S.I.A.) licences all private Security personnel. Following a compulsory training regime, all candidates must pass a fully accredited examination before they may pay a fee and apply for a licence to work in the Security Industry. Thorough vetting and referencing takes place, along with a Criminal Records Bureau and Credit Check, before a licence can be granted for a period of three years. All Quadrant Security Officers hold and display the appropriate S.I.A. licence, which is regularly checked.
If you have a property portfolio, whether you are an estate agent / investor or property management company with vacant premises, it is likely to be a condition of your insurance that such properties are inspected periodically. Receives ' Lone Worker Health & Safety' CHECK calls from client's staff, who may be working alone / remotely anywhere in the UK. An agreed 'escalation procedure' is established in the event of missed check calls.
