Can't thank PPM LOCKSMITH enough for all their help last week. I needed a till key cut from an original, slightly bent key. They cut one for me but insisted if it didn't work to take it back with the till and they'd see what they could do. It didn't work So I went back with the key and the till and hey presto 15 mins later it was all working! Excellent service and customer care! I will definitely be using them again. Thank you

Popped in to get an extra key cut for the communal door to the flat complex that I live in. Quick service, and had a lovely chat to the gentleman who served me about the business. Left feeling reassured about the quality of service and with the decision made that if I need anything to do with keys and locks in the future this is the place I'll come to. Can't fault customer service.

I cannot recommend PPM Locksmiths enough! After mislaying my keys and with my husband Ill and needing his medicines, a friend suggested we call Phil as he'd done a wonderful job changing their locks! So we did and they came out very quickly and got us in much to our relief! Phew! PPM saved the day. Highly recommend this prompt and professional team.

Despite all of the great things the human race has managed to do, we still insist on losing our keys at various junctures throughout our lives. It is this foolishness that has kept the locksmith trade alive. This is a gem of a shop that's right down the far end of Dominion's Arcade if you enter from Queen Street. It feels like an exclusive club after the hustle and bustle of Queen Street has been left behind. It's a really small place that does exactly what it promises for a reasonable price. It's one of the very few shops that seems to have stood the test of time in the area and remained standing as an independent and reliable trader. There's generally only one person behind the counter and it doesn't tend to get too busy so it's always a personal service where you feel in safe hands.

Conveniently located in the Friary this locksmith manages to pack a lot into a very small area. Not only can you get keys cut but the shop is also well stocked with mortice locks, a variety of safes, key-rings etc. as well as selling signs for both businesses and homes. When I called in there yesterday to have two keys cut the service was friendly and swift and I was able to take advantage of the special offer when the cost of having a second key cut was half price!

So I broke my key in my door a while back and panicked that I would never be able to get back into my warm house again! Cut to a man who might as well of been wearing a superman outfit to me as he managed to not only get me back in my house, but provide with a new key to continually allow myself into my humble abode. I'm not far from town, so instead of ringing I went to the store.
Everything for key to entry was sorted by a very understanding, helpful man. I was so cold waiting that I will always be in debt to them for getting me into the womb that is my house. The place also does funky key designs, alarms, safe that they will install for you and digital key services.
