Booked key track to install a new cctv system in the school I work in. The system is great the staff were professional and skilled. Originally we had a full week for the install as it is a full system however last minute we had to drop the last two days keytrack took this in stride and sent extra staff to get it done in our timeframe. Thanks guys.

Would just like to thank the team at Keytrak. Rang this morning to see if they could go out to check a door for my elderly mum in Penketh as I live out of the area. Rang at 9.00am and by 10.00am they had called to her house.luckily there was no problem with the lock.and they wouldnt even take payment for their time.fantastic service and would highly reccomend and use again. I have nothing but positive things to say about Keytrak. When I was locked out of my house last week, Keytrak really helped me out. The young man I spoke to on the telephone (Elliott) was extremely professional, friendly and polite, a real credit to the business! Within 15 minutes, a locksmith (Tim) was at my door and ready to help! He fixed my door within a matter of minutes, providing great customer service throughout. The pricing is also extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Keytrak to people in a similar circumstance.

We used Keytrak as our partner to convert our door systems from cards to biometrics. Price and installation were great. The best part of this company has been the after sales support over the last year and a half. They've got a brilliant team of engineers; always knowledgeable and quick to respond either online or with a site visit.
