Being a food manufacturer who is BRC accredited site security is very important. Recently Keybury installed a Hikvision facial recognition system on our site. It was quickly installed with very little fuss and we were trained how to properly use the system. Not only has this improved security on site but we have now been able to get rid of our old clocking in machines, and can now process payroll using the information from the scanners. Very professional job on Keybury's part, very friendly and informed staff.

Guy who came to do a quote was really friendly, honest and not pushy. We upgraded to a wireless system rather than trying to work with an old one that was with the house when we bought it. Installation was brought forward a few weeks which worked well for us. Toby came to fit.very polite, courteous and got on with the job. Explained system thoroughly and left the house tidy. Price was very reasonable and we are happy with the result.

I would highly recommend Keybury for all your home security. This our second home and we didn't have to think twice about having Keybury as our security provider. From survey to install and after install the whole team are professional and really work with family values rather than corporate installers. Frazer was our engineer today very polite turned up promptly. Very respectful of our property explained what he was going to do asked if we had any concerns. Great service from start to finish. initial visit was good, very detailed and didn't try to up sell anything we didn't need. I usually get 3 quotes for works such as these and Keybury were very competitive. Toby did our install, He was very accommodating with any requests, He went though the system with us at the end and made sure we understood the system fully.

Having previously worked for Keybury I was very familiar with the company. We have bought a house that required an alarm install. The engineer was very respectful and explained the operation of the wireless system well. Clean job with very little disruption, considering my partner was also working from home. He said he barely noticed we were having work done.
We now have peace of mind and feel reassured at night time. The new alarm system has also contributed to transferring our 8 month old son into his own room! Very happy with the service and look forward to our future here

Had or annual service visit this morning with Mick. As with all the service team they are always prompt, polite and efficient. Mick was very helpful offering advice to get the best out of our alarm. I can highly recommend Keybury for value for money service and support. From arranging routine servicing to call outs the staff are always very helpful and accommodating.

Great, reliable company; Shane arrived on time with all the relevant kit for our CCTV installation. After he had completed the installation Shane went through, in detail, how to operate the system - nothing was too much trouble. I found Shane very approachable, neat and tidy, considerate and extremely knowledgeable - Thank You. Keybury was able to install a new intruder alarm at a competitive price within a few days of my site survey. The installer Adam worked quickly but carefully. He removed the old alarm and packed it for collection by the owner in accordance with my instructions. He explained the operation of the new one clearly and precisely. He was very courteous and even gave me some useful travel tips on his home country.

Another great install from Keybury at our premises. We'd previously begun the process of having a door entry system put in place, but completion of the work had been delayed many times due to the entranceway itself not being completed by another contractor. Keybury were very patient and kept checking in with us to see when we would be ready for them to finish everything up.
We found a new contractor to help us complete the project, Keybury returned to check everything would be ready in advance of the final steps, then returned the following day to get the system up and running. It now works really well, and as always their customer service was excellent throughout.
