Definitely will not be choosing this company for an alarm system nobody had any knowledge of me calling for a quote waited four weeks but was told I will be getting a call back the week after I called, four weeks later still no call. After this I called back myself and was told they don't know anything of me calling and the colleague I spoke to was on holiday ( ok then ) so I called back then was told somebody would call me back in an hour nobody called back then After 1 hour and 5 mins I called back myself just to be told they can't actually do this job as they have many commercial property jobs absolutely pointless and so unprofessional

I had Image Systems install my intruder alarm 10+ years ago, plus carry out annual servicing. They've always been helpful, professional and easy to deal with. I'm looking at renewing my system, despite it still functioning, so looking to have Image Systems take care of any upgrades. I'd definitely recommend them.
