Booked ahead for lock changes to a property purchase. Requested someone comes after a certain time, which they did and were quick in changing the locks. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend.

Got locked out the other week. The lady on the phone was great and arranged for an engineer to come out straight away. Engineer was also friendly and really knowledgeable. The engineer came out the day I phoned. It was a complicated lock but he had researched the problem and stayed until he'd solved the issue. Friendly chap, a tidy worker and very careful of the domestic surroundings. Money well spent.

As a reply. no one knock on my door at 9am my neighbour has an outdoor camera in which I can prove someone from your place knocked on my door at 9pm. Furthermore the shoddy job you did was on my door was from back in August. you should see an emergency call out to my address. I would rather not call the joe guy as the last male I spoke to was confrontational, inappropriate and condescending.

I wouldn't put myself through another horrid phone call. From the female that answers the phone to the guy that deals with complaints. The whole experience was so disgusting I am 100% anti-halls locksmith. Only bad recommendations from me.

Very quick and professional service. Joe was clearly experienced in helping people with dementia and their families, to help keep them safe and secure in their own homes. Very understanding and offered alternative practical solutions re different locking mechanisms. For example locks than can be opened by a key from the outside regardless of the key or latch being left in on the inside. Thank you again. A very grateful daughter/carer x

Contacted Halls after an internal door wouldn't unlock. The guy who visited was Seamus - an absolute gentleman. He explained what the problem was likely to be & managed to resolve the issue without any damage to our antique door. Seamus also took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the lock & made recommendations to avoid a reoccurrence of a similar problem. Very pleasant & very professional. This guy is a credit to the company. The lady who answers the phone was really lovely & helpful too. Highly recommended
